Where are you located?

• Photography by Joe LLC is based out of Lorain County, Ohio.

Do you have a studio?

• If you're not interested in an outdoor or "on location" session, I'm partnered with photography/art studios in three different counties in Ohio! Indoor studio sessions are available in Medina, Oberlin, and Cleveland. Studio rentals are priced per hour and will be factored into the final package price.

How long is the editing process?

• Post-production editing, retouching, and enhancements vary for each project, but the average turnaround time for a gallery is 2-3 weeks.

 

How will I see my photos?

• Once your session is edited, you'll receive an email with a link to view your private online proof gallery. The gallery can also be viewed by clicking the "Client Galleries" tab. All galleries are password-protected. Once your favorite photos are selected, I'll email you a download link through WeTransfer, a digital transfer service trusted by Photography by Joe LLC and many of my colleagues. You will not be required to make an account with WeTransfer to download your photos. 

 
How long will my proof gallery be available to me?

• Your private proof gallery will be available on my website for two (2) weeks. Afterward, they will be removed from the website and saved onto a backup hard drive for two (2) years. A Gallery Re-Upload Fee of $50.00 will be required if you want to view an expired gallery.

Cancellation Policy:

• Life happens, I understand. I do not have any cancellation fees, however, any deposits paid upon booking are non-refundable, with no exceptions. 

Location Policy: 

• If a Photography permit is required to shoot at a specific location, either indoors or outdoors, any fees will be the client's responsibility and will be factored into the final package price.

Travel Policy:

• I am available to travel up to 35 miles for a session; any travel beyond this distance will incur an additional fee of $0.75 per mile.

Group Policy: 

• Please note that for groups of six or more people, an additional editing fee of $100 will apply. This ensures that I can provide the best possible service and attention to your images.

 

Editing Policy: 

• All portraits delivered by Photography by Joe LLC are subject to editing, such as color correction, lighting enhancement, sharpening, etc., including minor "beauty edits". I firmly believe ALL people are beautiful, including their bodies. My Elite Editing services use the "Two-Week" policy; if something can't change in two weeks or less, I won't edit. The following are examples of how this rule could be used in editing a client gallery:
